Christian Jail Ministry Training session will be Sat, Apr 27, 9am–3:30p Training is at no charge; attending does not obligate you to become a CJM volunteer. This session will help give you a better understanding of ministry to prisoners and to learn about ministry at the Howard County Detention Center (HCDC), our local jail. Are you a “behind the scenes” type worker? Able to give 1 hour on Sunday mornings to serve? Mt. Zion’s Hospitality Committee invites you to join our data collection team. The “A-Team” transfers attendance data from the registration pads to our church database on Sunday mornings. Do you or someone you know have a child with special needs? The Mt. Zion Special Needs Support Group provides fellowship, resources, and encouragement to parents of children with special needs. Our next meeting will be held on Sunday, February 13 at 12:15pm in Conference Room 1. Lunch will be provided and free childcare is available.
