Groups & Organizations

There are a wide variety of social organizations within the Mount Zion community:

United Methodist Men

The UMM is for all men and boys of Mt. Zion. There is no secret handshake! Please join us for fellowship and service to Mt. Zion We have a great time and would like to share our fellowship with new and former members.

United Methodist Women

As Christian women our goal is to endeavor to spread God's love wherever we can through Local, National and Global Ministries. We sincerely invite and encourage the women of our church to join us and help make our unit stronger and more effective. Joining a circle is the most rewarding and easiest way to participate in the United Methodist Women.

Women's Circles

Mary Martha Circle

Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.. A wonderful combination of Christian Fellowship and Bible Study. Meetings begin with brief business announcements followed by a short devotion. New members are always welcome for some fun fellowship (and dessert!).

Ada Disney Circle

Meets on the second Thursday each month at 10:30 a.m. Meet at church and/or different member's home. Programs include Bible/Christian studies, service/mission projects, sharing and fellowship.

Ginny White Circle

Meets on the third Wednesday each month at 11:00 a.m. Meets at the Church for planning activities and then car pools to a different restaurant each month for great food, fun, and fellowship.

Circle of Friends

Meets on the third Tuesday each month at 7:30 p.m. Meets at church for Book Studies, Service Projects and various activities including fun and fellowship.

The Daffodils

An adventure group for women that are on the move!Our Mission is to share the word of God through adventures and opportunities with girlfriends. Our goal is to bring a community of women together to praise God, have bi-monthly group adventures, and bring good fortune to the less fortunate. Questions?
