These are photos from Art and Belinda’s work site. Their team is working on beautiful Victorian home, painting trim and working on the front entrance way. The challenge is that some of the trim is located nearly forty feet in the air.

Today, we removed the old rolled roofing material and put down new rolled roofing. It was a long day, several in our group had to leave to help lead vespers while the rest of our team hung about and finished of the last couple of courses/rows of rolled roofing material. Special thanks to Ken Sines who arrived a the end of the day with energy was waning and he helped provide the professional knowledge to help us finish the roof. We didn’t have any option but to finish the roof today, tomorrow and the next few days have rain the forecast.

(June 28) The Camp Hope Mission Team departed during the 8:30 am worship service. Sixteen youth and seven adults are traveling to Frostburg, where they will repair the homes of the needy in the surrounding areas. Many thanks are extended to the members of Mt. Zion and to those, both past and present, who have supported this year’s team and the Camp Hope program.
